Livingstone & Co is a professional service firm offering a wide range of services which includes, Audit, tax and advisory services to a wide range of clients. In offering these services, we are committed to delivering value and excellence. The firm was established in 2012 and has since grown rapidly both in terms of size and the range of services offered.
We are currently offering professional services to our clients under the two names but are in the process of consolidating services under one firm.
The firm and partners are members, in good standing, of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

Our human resource comprises of two partners, ten professional staff at various levels and disciplines and one support staff. The firm is also associated with certain professionals with expertise in various fields. These associates complement and strengthen our in-house capability considerably and enable us to meet diverse client needs. We ensure that our staff and associates strictly adhere to the code of ethics of our profession.
Is the Managing Partner with over 20 years of experience in
accountancy, Finance and audit. Previously Livingstone served as a
Financial Consultant and audit manager with UHY Kenya (a medium
Sized audit firm), for a period of 7 years. A financial Controller for
THIKA GREENS a real estate firm, an Auditor Senior at Muchekehu
Nyakang’o (a medium sized audit firm). Livingstone is overall in
charge of the firm operations including issuing opinions and
concurring opinion together with other partners on other assignment.
Livingstone is an active member of ICPAK (Institute of Certified
Public Accountant), IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) and ISACA
(International Systems Audit and Control Association). Livingstone is7
a CPAK and in good standing and holds a degree in Business
Management from Moi University.
Moses is an Associate Partner in charge of Audit supervision and staff
Training. Moses has over 10 Years of experience in Finance,
accountancy and audit professional. Previously Moses worked as a
Finance manager, Senior accountant in different companies. Moses
also severed as a served as an Audit Manager and Audit Senior at
Livingstone & Co. Moses is CPAK, a graduate with Master in Business
Administration (Finance Option)- Kenyatta University and currently
pursuing his Doctorate (PHD) from the same university.
Fred is a Senior Audit Manager in charge of Audit planning and audit
execution. He has over 15 Years of experience in Finance, accountancy
and audit professional. Previously Fred worked Finance Manager at
Ngong Hills Hotels among other companies in Kenya. Fred is an
ACCA graduate and is a member of ICPAK and in good standing.
George is a Senior manager in charge of Audit supervision and staff
Training. George has over 30 Years of experience in Finance,
accountancy and audit professional. Previously George served as an
Audit Manager at Githongo & Company, Kogi Kiburi & Associates
and currently lead partner at Kungu and Associates (a local
consultancy firm). George is an ACCA graduate and currently
pursuing diploma in Association of Business Executive (UK).
Judith is an Associate Partner in charge of Audit supervision and staff
Training. Judith has over 10 Years of experience in Finance, accountancy,
and audit professional.
She has worked as a Finance Manager in different Sectors (Banking,
Education, Government and NGO), Audit manager in Timo & Associates,
Nabweteme & Company Associates, Internal Auditor Office under office of
Auditor General, Financial analyst PKF, Country Program Accountant for
KNH, currently working as chief internal auditor at North Coast medical
training College (NCMTC), Community Health Promotion Fund and Kenya
(CHPF and CHPK).
Judith is a graduate of Makerere University with bachelor’s degree in
commerce (Accounting option), Certified Public accountant of Uganda
(CPAU) and Pursuing Bachelors in software engineering
Denis is an Associate Partner in charge of Book keeping , Internal control
systems and Risk management officer , with more than 10 years’ experience
in accounting and Audit industry , He’s also Finance manager for
Northcoast medical training college and consultant to Community Health
promotion Kenya. Denis is also a member of ICPAK

Our client profile includes a wide range of clients in the finance, manufacturing, service, agricultural, not for profit and pension sectors of the economy.
Our fees are generally based on time and expertise put on assignments and the level of responsibilities bestowed on us while we carry on the assignment and presenting reports to the appointing authority. The fees are usually proposed and negotiated before the assignments are carried on and are competitive, realistic and designed to suite your budget.
Any information pertaining your operations received in the course of our engagement is handled with at most and strict confidence. We require our staff to adhere strictly on ethical rule s of our profession. This is strengthened through establishment of non- disclosure policies within the firm.
